The Oaxaca Immersion is officially Live! We have opened this initial invitation to those who have expressed interest in traveling to Oaxaca with me! My dear friend Colee Garr and I will be leading the retreat.

Colee has been a practitioner of yoga for over 30 years and continues to be a pillar in our community for healing and knowledge of yoga & the body.


We are opening early registration now. This is an intimate eight night/seven-day journey into Oaxaca’s rich indigenous arts & textiles, deep culinary traditions and mezcal culture, which will all be supported by daily yoga and movement practice. We designed this immersion for those who want to explore the cultural roots of Oaxaca, move, create, learn, and be nourished on every level.

Oaxaca — known for its rich & diverse indigenous cultures, vibrant markets, exceptional cuisine, ancestral crafts & artistry, traditional mezcal spirits, colorful architecture and breathtaking landscapes.

We are so excited to host this journey into the heart & soul of Oaxaca. As most of you know, Oaxaca is one of my absolute favorite places on the planet and so dear to my heart.

For over six years, I have traveled to Oaxaca to source handcrafted wares, learn from Indigenous artisans, and cultivate deep relationships with local families.

This offering has been finely curated to encompass the most cherished aspects of Oaxaca to me & dives deep into culture, art, food, mezcal & healing modalities.
